10-Series: Rolfing Structural Integration is usually done in a series of ten treatments, each of which lasts about 75 minutes. Sessions are usually scheduled one to four weeks apart. Each one builds on the work that has preceded it so that change is cumulative and lasting.
Session 2 establishes support in the feet.
Session 3 opens the side line, from knee to ear.
Session 4 opens the inside line, from foot to pelvic floor.
Session 5 deals with the front line, the bowl of the belly.
Session 6 lengthens the back line, heels to occiput, and frees the sacrum.
Session 7 works the top of the core, the neck and head.
Session 8 integrates either the upper or lower half of the body.
Session 9 integrates the half that wasn’t done in Session 8.
Session 10 integrates the upper half with the lower half
